'Shruti's the Sonam Kapoor of South!'

Chaitanya Rao might not be a known face to Bollywood but he is certainly a big designer down South. The renowned designer showcased his designs at day 1 of Lakme Fashion Week today. His designs had resort and luxury summer feel.
Speaking about his collection Chaitanya said, “This is my third year at LFW. The clothes have very luxury summer feel. My collection is perfect for summers.” Interestingly Chaitanya has designed for many big South actors like Asin, Vikram, Suriya, Trisha and Shruti.However, he didn’t resort to any celeb showstopper. Though he doesn’t deny that having a showstopper adds a lot while presenting designs, he also maintains, “I would like to have them but my focus is my clothes this time.”
When asked about his favorite actor whom he enjoys styling, he quickly replies, “Shruti Hassan. She has a fabulous body and she can carry off clothes very stylishly. Shruti is young and very stylish, just like you have Sonam in Bollywood. She is a fashionista.”
Well it seems Shruti is really making big in South, isn’t it!
